  • Abstract:  Just over half a year since the presentation of the phenomenal Prime, ASUS has prepared a successor in the Transformer family, namely Infinity. And while its predecessor was all about balancing and cost-cutting, the new one is much more Epicurean in na...

  • Fastest Android tablet we've tested yet, Gorgeous design, Super thin at. 33", Beautiful, bright high-res 1920X1200 display with Super IPS+ Mode, Hugely improved camera performance, 32GB model is still just $499, even with all the upgrades, Respectable bat
  • Still only one speaker port, Surface finish can scratch easily
  • Performance Analysis: The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity offers a level of performance that is somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 - 20% faster all around, versus the previous generation high-end Transformer Prime. In fact, the Transformer Pad Infinity in...

  • The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF700 takes over from its predecessor as the top Android tablet available. You get high performance mixed with high style, and you don't have to make a lot of sacrifices to get both. Other tablets - including the Prim...

  • Incredibly bright and sharp screen. Thin and light aluminum body. Blazing fast quad-core Tegra 3 processor.
  • Dearth of apps that take advantage of the screen

  • Best-looking screen we've seen in a tablet (barring 2012 iPad), Tegra chip keeps performance snappy, despite high-resolution screen, Compatible with Transformer Prime's keyboard dock
  • Proprietary dock/charge connector, Dock required to gain USB port, full-size SD-card slot
  • With the best screen we've seen outside an iPad, plus cutting-edge Nvidia internals and solid build quality, the Infinity is the best Android tablet we've tested. You'll definitely appreciate it if you see it with your own eyes. Read More...

  • Lots of speed and brawn. Beautiful display is one of the best on a tablet. Ice Cream Sandwich is a joy compared to previous versions of Android. Lightweight. Built with topnotch materials — feels durable, not cheap. Mobile dock adds a comfortable keyboard
  • The mobile dock is expensive at 0, and its trackpad isn't great. Poor speaker design. Android still doesn't have enough tabletoptimized apps

  • Higher-res display with wide viewing anglesSmooth gaming performanceRelatively good camera
  • Suffers from some performance hiccupsKeyboard dock is still cramped, scratch-prone
  • The TF700 amounts to a welcome (and evolutionary) upgrade over last year's Transformer Prime. When it goes on sale next month, it will be one of the best 10-inch Android tablets....
