  • The Xperia XZ2 Compact is fatter and heavier than the XZ1 Compact - noticeably and uncomfortably so. In addition, if you're into taking selfies, you'll be disappointed with the front-camera downgrade, but it's still a decent unit, Rating:
  • The curved underside, too, also means it has a habit of slipping off of crowded surfaces. The XZ2 Compact is an undeniably solid handset, with a sharp screen, long battery life, smoother lines and a great specification for the money. Its styling has al...

  • Excellent innards, fast and responsive, with a lovely screen and a great camera. At a time when smartphones are getting ever-bigger, it's also nice to have such a good device in a smaller form factor
  • Beauty may well be in the eye of the beholder, but the Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact is let down, aesthetically, by ugly lines, its chunkiness, and it feels heavier than a device of its size should be. Don't, whatever you do, be tempted into buying it in ‘Twili

  • Long battery life, Fast performance, Small size, Android 8.0 Oreo, Water resistant
  • Dated design, Only 32GB of storage, No fingerprint sensor in U.S, Too expensive
