The editors liked

The editors didn't like

  • 3D without glasses, Dual cameras capture good quality 3D images and 3D videos, Excellent display quality- crisp and vivid, in 2D and 3D modes, Solid build
  • Android 2.2 is ancient, 512 MB RAM is too little, Battery life is mediocre a day with careful use, The handset is bulky
  • For a price of Rs. 37,000 in the market, the LG Optimus 3D is quite frankly overpriced, and you pay pretty penny for getting a phone that is “3D ready”. Despite its faults (well, we haven’t seen a perfect smartphone yet anyway), the Optimus 3D does ver...

  • The Optimus 3D has a lot going for it. It sports a blazing fast dual-core processor, and it's the first glasses-free 3D phone we've been able to truly test out. Unfortunately, between the mix of poor battery life and pure gimmick, the Optimus 3D isn't goi...

  • Screen is large and bright; 3D is fun; responsive display.
  • Short battery life.
  • The LG optimus 3D is a very competent Android phone. Thanks to the hardware design, the device is very snappy in performance for all the Android core functions. It remains to be see whether an upgrade to Android 2.3 will bring more to the table. Batte...
